A corner of Bristol made for slowing down
Ember & Oak started as a dream shared over a terrible office coffee. We wanted a place where the espresso is taken seriously, the chairs are comfortable enough to stay for hours, and nobody rushes you out the door.
We opened our doors in 2019 in the heart of Stokes Croft, sourcing our beans directly from small farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala. Every cup is brewed to order — no shortcuts, no compromises.
